Education: Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health, both from University of Nebraska Omaha.

Experience: Carli did two semesters of internship at the Lincoln Regional Center (a modified holding detention center) working specifically with sex offenders, and individuals with bipolar, schizophrenia, and a variety of other severe and persisting mental health diagnoses. Her work at LRC has assisted her in developing therapeutic skills in working with both offenders and victims of sexual assault. She also has experience working with young adult women with depression and anxiety, who are trying to improve their self-worth. Carli has been working with clients of all ages. She is skilled at identifying her clients’ strengths.

Expertise: Carli works with individuals with a variety of backgrounds, concerns, and ages. Her theoretical approach includes, but is not limited to: CBT, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based therapy, and Mindfulness.
