We are not your typical agency

Having worked with many agencies in the past, we hope we can make our therapists' jobs easier.

We are a not a typical "for profit" business that sells widgets. This company is not set up to make the owners money while employees scramble to pay the bills. Among some changes are the following:

There will not be a formal 10- (or more) page contract or a non-compete contract.

Our philosophy is that we will treat all employees so well and pay everyone as much as we can so everyone wants to stay.

There will be profit sharing for all employees that work at least part-time.

We will have fun at work and will not listen to or participate in gossip and rumors.

There will be no talk about superiors and subordinates.

Everyone will still be held accountable to meet all expectations and regulations, but will be treated with respect and fairness at all times without talking down to anyone.

Diversity will be celebrated.

Everyone will bring their own backgrounds and experiences which we will utilize to educate one another and capitalize on with meeting the needs of our clients.
